tkpak Terms and Conditions

tkpak ("Platform", "we", "us") operates an online betting and casino service for users in Bangladesh. These Terms apply to all services provided through the tkpak website, mobile site and any other digital channel.

To use any tkpak product or service, you must agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the tkpak platform.

1.1 Importance of the Terms

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each user may open only one account. Multiple accounts for the same person are strictly prohibited.
• When creating an account, you must provide your real name, date of birth and valid contact details.
• An account is entirely personal — it cannot be transferred to or shared with anyone else.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details secure.
• You must notify tkpak immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.

2.2 Updating Your Information

If any of your personal details change (such as your email address, phone number or payment method), please update your account profile as soon as possible or inform our support team. Providing false or incomplete information may result in account suspension or closure.

3.1 Identity Verification Process

tkpak reserves the right to verify your identity at any time, particularly before large withdrawals. As part of this process, you may be asked to submit the following documents:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20x (you must wager 20 times the bonus amount).

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may be claimed only once — per account, per device and per IP address.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the specified wagering requirements must be met.
• The time limit for meeting wagering requirements is set from the date the bonus is awarded.
• Wagering contributions may differ depending on which game the bet is placed on.
• tkpak reserves the right to award, modify or cancel any bonus.

5.3 VIP Program

The tkpak VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.4%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.2%.

6.1 Rules of Play

• Each game has its own rules, which are clearly displayed in the game interface.
• Please read the rules of the relevant game carefully before placing a bet.
• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• In the event of a technical error, the stake for any round that was not completed will be refunded.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a lost internet connection or a device problem, tkpak will determine the final result based on server records. tkpak will not be liable for issues caused by the user's device or connection.

6.3 Sports Betting

Betting is available on BPL, IPL, T20, ICC and other cricket tournaments, as well as football, kabaddi and various other sports. If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tkpak platform. Breaching these prohibitions will result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of the account, and any funds held may be forfeited.

• Operating multiple accounts for the same person.
• Creating an account using another person's identity.
• Placing bets using software bots, automation tools or artificial intelligence.
• Attempting to hack the game system or exploit vulnerabilities.
• Colluding with other users to gain bonus advantages or manipulate outcomes.
• Depositing funds of illegal origin onto the platform (money laundering).
• Fraudulent activities against the tkpak brand or its users.
• Helping a minor to use the platform.

tkpak reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

8.1 Grounds for Suspension

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• Suspicious or unusual transaction activity.
• Evidence of prohibited activities.
• Instruction from a legal or regulatory authority.

8.2 Closure at the User's Initiative

You can request to close your account at any time. In that case, all valid balances will be returned to your registered payment account in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.

8.3 Appeal Process

If you have any objection regarding account suspension or closure, please submit a written appeal to [email protected] within 30 days. tkpak will review the appeal within a reasonable time.

12.1 Effect of Changes

Continued use of the platform after updated terms and conditions have been published will be considered as your acceptance of the new terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the new terms and conditions, please request to close your account.
